Property Management Company seeks Regional Manager to direct a portfolio of multifamily properties throughout Florida including Mobile Home Parks. This position will have oversight of the following, but not limited to:
Staffing, training, implementation
Property disposition and redevelopment
Banking, collections, notices, and reporting
Direct vendor relations, contract review, and capital improvements
Inspections and assessments on new acquisitions
Financial review and budgeting
Communications with any State, County, or local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies
Position skills and other tasks needed but not limited to:
Experience with property accounting software and financial reports
Experience with resident relations, lease ups, home sales, titling (preferred)
Significant travel to each asset
