Our client, one of the fastest growing real estate investment firms, is actively seeking an expert in real estate analytics and underwriting to join their team for their current opening for a Sr. Analyst of Real Estate Acquisitions. This position will be heavily involved in evaluation of potential real estate deals, performing research and due diligence, financial modeling and strategy assessments, underwriting procedures, and seeing deal through until closing. In addition to these main responsibilities, you’ll also be responsible for:
- Underwrite and model potential acquisitions in of potential properties and develop business plans for income and operational strategies
- Create, update and maintain real estate databases and models projecting the operating performance of the real-estate investments.
- Heavy involvement with underwriting, due diligence and modelling for current portfolio and future acquisition opportunities
- Prepares financial reporting and analysis to assist in responding to investor due diligence requests
Required Experience:
- 4+ years of Real Estate & Financial Analysis (or Quantitative Analysis).
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or Business Administration (MBA highly preferred)
- Advanced functionality in of Microsoft Excel
