Job Description 
 
•Leads Citi Professional Recruiting’s PERM recruitment efforts managing the relationship between the recruiting teams, HR, Legal and the business.
•Manages full life cycle PERM recruiting process, from requisition opening to closing.
•Reviews and screens resumes and consults with management on candidate slates.
•Conducts phone screens and assessment interviews and facilitates candidate feedback process.
•Maintains accuracy of candidate status in the Recruiting database throughout the entire recruiting process.
•Manages recruiting activities to ensure compliance with company policy, employment laws and Immigration Law Unit (ILU) regulatory requirements.
•Serves as subject matter expert on all PERM recruitment processes for the business, HR and CPR Recruitment. 
•Reviews and analyzes PERM recruitment processes to identify stages/processes that may be improved to eliminate redundancy.
•Partners with ILU and business managers to develop recruiting strategies for open PERM  positions at all levels.
•Applies financial services experience developing relationships to align talent to business needs and become a trusted partner.
•Oversee process improvement initiatives for CPR’s Perm Recruitment Process to include coaching/learning sessions.
•Advises the business, HR and CPR Recruitment on the PERM recruitment process.

Experience
•Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in a high volume recruitment position, Citigroup experience preferred.
•Demonstrated experience managing the full life cycle of the perm recruitment process preferred.
•Prior experience working with remote locations & time zones highly desirable.
•Proven experience using staffing related technology tools such as HRMS, ERMS, Excel, PeopleSoft.

•Prior work experience in a high volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
