Job Description: Your main responsibilities will be:
- Talent Attraction (job boards, networking events, job posting creation)
- Screen candidates (reviews resumes and conducts initial phone interview)
- Develops sales agent hiring process (applications, interview questions, qualifiers)
- Work closely with internal HR team to qualify and on-board candidates
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of recruiting for a high volume environment (Call Center Recruiter is preferred)
- Agency or Corporate recruiting if done in high volume recruiting atmosphere
