Job Description:  Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Talent Attraction (job boards, networking events, job posting creation)
  • Screen candidates (reviews resumes and conducts initial phone interview)
  • Develops sales agent hiring process (applications, interview questions, qualifiers)
  • Work closely with internal HR team to qualify and on-board candidates

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of recruiting for a high volume environment (Call Center Recruiter is preferred)
  • Agency or Corporate recruiting if done in high volume recruiting atmosphere
