Responsibilities:

  • Under general direction, analyzes data on the organization’s existing and potential markets. Provides information and analysis which is used to identify and supports marketing opportunities for the organization and its sales professionals.
  • Responsible for the preparation and production of project/client presentations and reports. Responsible for the coordination and development of real estate market, trend, and insight reports. Conducts presentations internally and externally as needed to support business development efforts. May have some coaching and training responsibilities, as well as project leadership responsibilities. Coordinates with Marketing department for the production of CBRE-branded market reports. In conjunction with Research Manager, evaluates tools and resources such as third party information and data providers. Coordinates the handling of broker requests for data and research information. Other duties may be assigned.
  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of four to five years of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information to both internal and external clients.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
