The right person for this opportunity thrives on tackling challenges, closing deals and getting results. Senior Sales Representatives follow up on seller leads via phone calls, emails, and texts. Senior Sales Representative grasps the benefits of continuous learning and is willing to roll up their sleeves to make a measurable impact on the business.

Your day-to-day:
Contact leads to collect information necessary to make an offer on their home

Handle incoming calls and inquiries from potential sellers

Schedule appointments to meet with potential sellers

Negotiate purchase agreements with potential sellers

What you bring to the team:
5+ years of B2C or B2B experience preferred

EXPERIENCED CLOSER

Experience in real estate, technology or similar sales environment preferred.

Eager to learn the real estate investment business.

Coachable and able to learn quickly in a fast paced, dynamic work environment.

Passionate about learning and further improvement.

Shows initiative in daily tasks.

Team player that understands their role and exceeds within their position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal (written and verbal) skills.

Ability to multi-task, while still being detail oriented.

Proficiency with all MS office products.

Ability to quickly learn new technology software with instruction.

Willingness to relocate given the opportunity.

Bonus points for being Bi-lingual (Spanish, English), but not required.
