POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Transaction Coordinator assists the Development and Finance Teams with the preparation and review of all acquisition, sale and financing documents and direct contact for the closing process on real estate transactions. The Real Estate Transaction Manager will maintain timelines to assist with project execution with extreme accuracy and accountability.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Development & Finance Teams with preparing and reviewing transactional documents; Letters of Intent, Contracts, Loan Documents, Leases, etc.
- Track document changes from draft to final form.
- Coordinate document requirements for counsel (internal and external)
- Assist with creating and maintaining corporate entities; forming LLC’s, requesting EIN numbers, maintaining outstanding entities, creating and updating ownership binders for each project.
- Create closing checklists and coordinate all closings.
- Open escrow and order title update
- Provide title information to surveyor and track process through to completion
- Work with Development Team to gather due diligence information as required and distribute to all appropriate parties
- Manage transaction deadlines, critical dates, and notice requirements
- Abstract final documents, track obligations, and notify Team of requirements
- Assist in document recording as necessary
- Obtain required information for owner’s title policy
- Create, maintain and update closing binders to include purchase agreement and amendments, all loan documents, loan or closings extensions, title documents, declarations, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Florida Real Estate License and/or Florida registered Paralegal
- Prior Real Estate industry experience
- Title/mortgage processing experience a plus
