POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The incumbent supports our Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams by providing administrative, sales, and assistance. This includes creating, planning, managing, and producing proposals, qualifications, interview materials, and award submissions. Additionally, they lead our local internal communication strategy and organize employee-focused cultural events.
Base salary range of $55K – $60K
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executes various administrative and sales support tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Provides support in creating and maintaining an up-to-date library of branch proposals, A3s, presentations, resumes, and project profiles.
- Plan and execute various employee events, including logistics, venue selection, catering, promotional materials, and pre/post event activities (ex. town halls, family day, holiday parties, etc).
- Assist corporate marketing team with customer-facing events, tradeshows and local marketing strategy.
- Collaborates with team members to learn, establish best practices, and improve our proposal workstreams.
- Facilitate opportunities to get involved in the local community.
- Uphold and enforce brand guidelines across all local marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Assumes responsibility for internal communications with recent project wins, new hire announcements, project status updates, and quarterly branch newsletters.
- Maintain inventory of sales and marketing materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary
- Utilizes North Boundary (CRM) to archive data and content on completed projects.
- Apply for and maintain all local licenses, certifications, and project prequalification requirements.
- Performs research on current industry trends and vertical markets and makes recommendations to management.
- Assist in gathering customer feedback, including in-person interviews and surveys on project and team performance.
- Assist in developing leads for the team.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This position operates in a professional office environment, and routinely utilizes standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- In performing the duties of this job, the incumbent is regularly required to talk, hear, perform repetitive motion, and possess an appropriate degree of both visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- This is considered a sedentary work position, which means possible exertion up to ten (10) pounds of force occasionally, and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
TRAVEL:
- This position may require up to 10% travel.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications OR 5+ years of related job experience (without a degree).
- Demonstrated proficiency with all relevant social media platforms.
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with diverse audiences.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Google Suite products.
- Capacity to successfully manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven written communication skills, ideally with published content, in online and/or traditional media.
