Proudly serving Central Florida since 1969, Busto Plumbing is looking to add a self-motivated Customer Service Coordinator to our dynamic team of professionals.

The Service Coordinator primarily supports the Service Manager. This position is generally the first business contact and is the ambassador for Busto Plumbing representing the values and vision of Busto Plumbing in over the telephone, in writing and in person. Secondary clerical support to Controller.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaboratively works with service manager and bookkeeper. Maintains and reviews service schedule and changes daily or as necessary.
• Punctual, reliable, responds effectively to questions or present information consistent with the position.
• Friendly, enthusiastic; able to engage caller in over the phone, or in person.
• Schedule service calls
• Communicate with plumbers and customers.
• Excellent phone etiquette and grammar, answer telephone, screen and direct calls in a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Take and relay accurate messages.
• Provide information to callers.
• Sense of urgency, keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills. Manages time effectively and efficiently.
• Attentiveness, a well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion.
• Keep office and kitchen tidy.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1 year experience or relevant internship(s) working with the public as a receptionist/front desk person or other customer service oriented position.

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
