Where You Come In:
The Service Express team members have many interactions with our guests, employees and external callers, so having pleasant, professional and efficient agents is a must. In this position, you will assist with screening both internal and external calls, logging all guest requests and communicating those to the appropriate teams as necessary, providing information to inquiring callers and any other related duties. You should take the initiative to interact with callers in a warm and friendly manner while ensuring that all of their needs are met and questions are answered. Incredible guest service and communication skills are necessary for this position as you may guest-facing at any time.
