Not all heroes wear capes, sometimes they wear utility belts. In this role, you will help prepare apartments to be ready for move in and complete service requests for current residents. Other maintenance duties will include, but are not limited to, fixing HVAC units, multiple appliances, electrical, and plumbing needs. Your actions will help lead to happy residents and renewals at the end of the lease term.
How Will You Be the Right Fit?
Education: High school or equivalent. (Required)
Experience: One to five years; based on property specific needs.
Certifications/Licenses: HVAC, Valid state driver’s license, CPO, EPA
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
