Settlement Processor /Entry Level – StraussGroup (Tampa)

$43,000 – $47,000 a year
One of the nation’s largest home building companies (fortune 500) is seeking a Settlement Processor for their Mortgage Division! A strong background in customer service and finance is preferred.

Main Duties :

  • Be the one to prepare the customer for settlement and coordinate with all parties involved
  • Review and produce closing documents, title insurance, and escrow documents
  • Review and educate customers on title insurance products and its value
  • Be sure to maintain compliance with real estate settlement guidelines

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or finance
  • Ability to work in a fast paced-environment
  • Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to acquire Notary Public and Title Insurance License
