Supervise and manage Tampa Bay area shopping mall including property management, tenant management, customer service and contract services such as cleaning, security maintenance, parking etc. Ensure day to day functioning of the shopping mall facilitating a good environment for retail business activities and a pleasant shopping experience for all patrons. Reports directly to the owner.
Responsibilities
- Handle day to day operations in the mall ensuring operations are kept to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements
- Coordinate mall team and contractor employees to oversee daily operations including maintenance, security, cleaning, pest control, waste collection, mall administration and customer service.
- Familiarize tenants with emergency procedures, communication systems and other security procedures relating to tenants in the mall .Maintain a strong working relationship with Security services for the mall.
- Manage tenants’ operational requirements such as shop appearance, trading hours, waste removal, signage etc.
- Maintain high quality property standards through daily checks and periodic preventive maintenance for cleanliness, lighting, assets and equipment including parking, service areas, toilets, and other common areas.
Requirements
- Shopping center experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Management skills / Property management / Retail /Shopping Mall experience
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Outlook
