The Goods

• Love real estate, but hate cold calling?
• We’ll coordinate the showings, you open the lockbox and give the buyer access.
• Do what you love—Show the home!
• Communicate daily with the managing broker.
• Extremely strong interpersonal skills — translation…be nice, be likeable. Be really nice. Easy right?
• Extremely punctual.
• Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car – well, unless you want to ride horseback from showing to showing 😉
• We are a small team and it might seem really weird, but we all genuinely like each other. Looking for a candidate that covets that type of harmony.
• Florida Real Estate License required.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their real estate license to earn easy breezy guaranteed supplemental income.

Salary: $16/hour with a guaranteed minimum of 2 hours per showing; mileage reimbursement; and bonus at closing.
