Real Estate Showing Specialist
We are looking for an energetic, determined, Licensed Real Estate Agent who possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities. Must have a Florida Real Estate License and love being part of a Team and work as ONE with one of the TOP Lead Buyers Agents in the State. Detailed, organized, and excellent written and communication skills are needed for this role. Professional attitude and appearance is a must. A sense of urgency and excellent time management is needed.
This is a full time position, a flexible schedule is needed to be free for showings for clients. Availability on nights and weekends is needed.
Showing Assistant Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for scheduling showings with home buyers
- Shows homes to prospective home buyers
- Refine searches for home buyer criteria
- Schedule and attend all buyer home inspections and vendor appointments once under contract
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract for their needs such as measuring the property for furniture
- Promptly return all buyer clients phone calls, text, and emails
- Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
- Provide buyer clients with pricing information and market research
- Educate buyer clients about the home buying process
- Inform buyer clients about the role of the Lead Agent involvement while promoting a team concept
- Keep the Lead informed on all client issues, concerns, and offer making
- Social Media Posting on showings
- Attend TB Team client events, team meetings, and weekly break outs with Lead Agent and Contract to Close Coordinator
- Assist with team Open Houses
*This position requires a large amount of time in a car where clients may follow you or drive with you in your vehicle to see properties. Must have a valid Drivers’ License, clean driving record, and car insurance. We worked with clients throughout Hillsborough County as well as Pasco and Pinellas. Our hub is located in Brandon/Valrico area.
