Full Job Description
A well established and rapidly growing property management company in Saint Petersburg is in search of a full-time Maintenance Technician. We manage a multitude of single family and multiple family properties throughout Pinellas County. This position will be part of great team with a great company to work for!
Qualified applicants must meet the following Requirements:
MUST HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE, MINIMUM 2 YEARS
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and smartphone skills
Ability to read and write English
Extensive experience with painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and tasks necessary to assist in maintaining residential properties.
Must have and maintain your own tools necessary to complete work orders
Proficiency with hand tools/power tools and proper way to use them safely
Have the ability to understand and execute work orders in a timely manner
Have strong attention to detail and organization skills
Have the ability to work independently or as a team member
Have a neat professional appearance
Have a solid work history with references
Must be able to lift weight up to 50 lbs
Must be physically able to stand for eight hours per day; as well as bend, kneel, hunch, reach for long periods of time
Must have and maintain a reliable work truck or van with proof of insurance is a must
Have and maintain a clean valid driver’s license with no DUI’S
A positive attitude is a must
A smartphone is a must
Safety conscious is a must
We are looking for candidates that have these requirements:
A solid job history with proven experience
The ability to accept supervision and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner are key
Must be able to deal with resident inquiries and represent the company in a polite and professional manner at all times

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00/hr depending on experience and proven skill set. Re-evaluate after 90 day probation period.
