We are a well established and rapidly growing property management company in Saint Petersburg, FL, looking for someone to join our team to help make sure our resident’s maintenance needs are well taken care of. We pride ourselves in offering excellent service and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work with attention to detail, quality work, and a great attitude.
If you have at least 2 years experience with general residential maintenance, are proficient with hand tools/power tools using them safely, have basic computer and smartphone skills, have your own basic tools and a van or truck, and are looking for a positive, healthy, drug-free work environment, let’s talk!
This is a full-time position from Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities every 2 months only (not 24/7 ever!). We offer 2 weeks paid vacation first year, paid holidays, company match 401k. Currently, we do not offer medical benefits.
Salary: $16.00 to $19.00/hr depending on experience and proven skill set with a re-evaluation after 90 day probation period.
