The Social & Community Manager is responsible for growing and optimizing our company’s media presence and interaction between customers and potential customers.

The role will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that drive organic traffic, overseeing the social media content calendar, and acting as the liaison to potential clients. You’ll be maintaining all of our social media platforms, and creating opportunities to expand the company’s digital presence.

Job Functions:

  • Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of organic social media marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness and conversions
  • Ensure that our brand’s unique voice is consistent across social platforms
  • Define guidelines for a social media standard operating procedure, a system to analyze our results, and provide feedback on those benchmarks
  • Maintain social metrics for ongoing optimization and reporting
  • Strategize, plan and implement our social media calendar across major social media platforms
  • Distribute sharable content across social media platforms
  • Identify opportunities to make social media campaigns more efficient and effective
  • Monitor and engage in relevant discussions with potential clients

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong project management skills
  • High level of comfort and experience using various social media platforms
  • Hands on experience with web analytic tools
  • Must be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable and a team player
  • Enjoys and is familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter,
  • Extremely creative individual who brings fresh ideas to the department.
  • Must be able to work in groups and individually.
