We are seeking and talented highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts.
This is a part time job to start that may turn into a full time position. 20 to 25 hours a week to start.
Compensation:
$14.50 – $16/ hour
Responsibilities:
- Organize gifts and closing events
- Plan and coordinate special agency events
- Edit and optimize all marketing campaigns
- Manage sales reports every week
- Website management including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO development and tracking analytics
- Thinks outside the box when delivering social media content
- Create and develop a variety of Facebook ads
- Produce marketing for all agency events including team events, new listings and open houses
- Ensure services for any listings are coordinated
- Edits and maintains social content for communities
Create and develop marketing pieces for promotion and mailings
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Industry experience preferred
- Constantly pursuing new and improved creative solutions
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- Social media expert
- Develops innovative forward design concepts
- Knowledge of residential real estate sales process preferred
- Marketing Degree or equivalent work experience required
