If you are passionate about the potential of social media and have the experience and creativity to optimize it we want to speak with you about joining the Amplify 11 team. Our agency manages marketing for some of the top guitar, drum, and audio brands in the world. We help these brands reach musicians and our new Social Media Manager will be tasked with taking our efforts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube to the next level. Each day is something new, it is never boring and if you are a musician you will love the tight integration with music and world-renowned musicians.

Social media is important to us and our clients. We manage dozens of brands on social media with millions of followers, the right person will help us get more out of the existing customer reach and develop new ideas to evolve. We want a creative thinker that can help us manage content creation, handle posting and cultivate an audience. Is that you?

This is a full-time position and we are seeking someone in the Tampa Bay area. It is a hybrid working setup, with some in-office work (we are in Clearwater, FL) and some remote. If you prefer mostly remote or mostly in office that is fine. The requirement is some in-office for collaboration with our team and enhanced communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media planning and posts across multiple brands/accounts.
• Drive content acquisition efforts and creative idea development.
• Management of social media posting schedule.
• Develop plans to grow reach of various client channels.
• Manage community engagement (likes, comments, shares, etc.)
• Community management: respond to all DMs, like/comment on photos, engage with audience
• Assist with outreach to external content creators/ influencers and content development.
• Assist with ad management on Facebook Business, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Manage internal communication and client communication.
• Contribute to our overall digital marketing efforts.
• Manage social media/ digital outreach reporting.
• Develop new and improved efforts on TikTok and YouTube
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.


Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Direct experience with Facebook Business and TikTok Business platforms.
• A passion for digital marketing and the endless potential of social media.
• 2-3 year experience in the marketing and social media specifically.
• Need strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Grammar, spelling and punctuation skills must be strong.
• Experience with report and actionable analytics.
