We are seeking an energetic Social Media & Marketing Coordinator with a desire in finding long-term employment opportunities with a company that is known for its long tenured staff.
The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator is to increase awareness of services provided, enhance the overall presence and its operating companies in the communities where services are provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES

- Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and presentation skills and working well in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams to maintain workflow and deadlines.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, analytical problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in paid search keyword research and evaluation
- Experience using social advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising)
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe programs
- Experience with Google Analytics/Tag Manager tools and creating regular company reporting
- Basic HTML/CSS and web design experience
- Desire to continue learning and staying on top of digital marketing industry trends – on own time if needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS: Include the following & other duties may be assigned.
- Work with various departments to develop strategy and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Create, manage, execute and optimize Google Ads/paid search and social media advertising campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Collect performance data from internal and external sources
- Ensure adherence to company’s social media policies.
- Actively monitor and optimize paid search and social campaigns
- Stay up to date with digital marketing industry trends and developments
- Analyze results and trends to help make recommendations to improve company campaigns
- Conduct market research and identify key audiences for marketing campaigns and community management.
- Monitor, track, evaluate and optimize campaign performance to maximize campaign success
