RCP America, Inc. is an automotive detailing chemical manufacturer and distributor based in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
- Creative content creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Collaborate with media team to develop effective sales materials
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, social media, and content marketing
- Monitor and analyze brand performance using analytics tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as design and development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience
- Post to social medias multiple times per week and maintain best social media practices
- Merch design, including graphic tees, hats, and other marketing materials
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of Graphic Design/Marketing or a related field, or Associate Degree and 5+ years of Marketing or Social Media Management experience preferred
- Proficient with PC systems, knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc)
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Creative Cloud) – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier – plus (ideally) basic video production and photography
- In-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies and tactics
- Experience creating online content across a variety of platforms
- Experience with analytics platforms to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights
- Strong understanding of marketing best practices and tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
