Social Media Specialist Responsibilities

  • Define the most important social media KPIs and measure the success of every social media campaign.
  • Manage and oversee social media content creation, ensuring high-quality and engaging posts that align with our brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals.
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer monthly reports to leadership that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.
  • Monitor user engagement, manage communities, and suggest content optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years Social Media Experience
  • Social Media Ads experience preferred
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Experience with social posting and monitoring tools (e.g. StatusBrew).
  • Ability to create and edit engaging short-form content, including TikToks and Instagram Reels.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
