Full Job Description
Just Click it Digital Marketing seeks 1 very talented Social Media Specialist to manage primarily Facebook and Instagram campaigns for our clients. This position reports directly to the Vice-President of the agency.
We have a proven method for successful lead generation but need the right person to analyze results, design new creative, and define target markets based on statistics.
Our agency specializes in healthcare. Our environment is lighthearted and fun, but we do work hard. The person we seek must work well in a team environment but not need someone looking over her/his shoulder. This is an in-office position. We are not able to offer remote positions currently.
Responsibilities:
- · Design and rotate ads
- · Test ad and landing page concepts
- · Define target audiences
- · Monitor lead flow
- · Follow up with our call center team to verify quality of leads
- · Keep statistics and report to management
- · Make adjustments to “fine tune” campaigns
- · Monitor client budgets and suggest improvements
- · Maintain honest, ethical campaigns that fully follow the guidelines of Facebook, Instagram etc.
The person we seek should have an eye toward management in the future. We expect the Social Media department to explode over the next 6 to 9 months and prefer to promote from within.
Qualifications:
- · 2 years minimum social media marketing
- · Must be driven to succeed
- · Possess strong analytical skills
- · Must be a problem solver
- · Creative thinker
- · Strong written and communication skills
- · Great time management skills
- · Be willing to take control and ownership of your position in the Agency
