Seeking Software Services Account Manager to be responsible for both existing and new customer interactions. This includes managing customer relationships for the existing customer base, and identifying and securing new business opportunities. Job Responsibilities

  • Developing the customer base, primarily in the United States
  • Managing customer relationships for products and services.
  • Cross-selling other company products to our customer base.
  • Attending industry events and coordinating marketing efforts.
  • Closing new clients.
  • Delivery of product training to existing customers.

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn continuously.

  • Good personal technology skills, including CRM usage.
  • Some technical IT experience, and understanding of current technology trends, and a willingness to learn about new developments in the IT field.
  • Good client facing skills.
  • Experience in managing tasks and client expectations
  • Some experience in software sales.
  • High self-motivation, with strong capacity for self-management.
