1. Boca Raton – need Asst PM for a 3 building complex of multi-story properties of about 260K SF
2. Sunrise – large campus of low rise Class A is searching for Asst PM
3. Doral/Flagler – searching for Property Administrator for two properties at Doral Square and Flagler Station, near the airport, for a total of over 500KSF.
For the APMs, it is really essential to have solid experience in commercial real estate, especially in the area of financial reporting. Additionally, any experience in construction coordination would be a plus. Of course, strong relationships with tenants and vendors are a must.
For the property administrator, we have a bit more flexibility in experience but will be involved in processing accounting paperwork such as AP, AR, billbacks, certificates of insurance, work orders, move-in’s and out’s, plan tenant events.
