Southeastern Paper Group has signed a seven-year lease for an 80,000-square-foot warehouse in Lakeland.
The Spartanburg, S.C., company is a regional supplier of disposables, packaging, and janitorial/sanitation supplies and equipment. The deal is expected to bring 25 jobs to the area.
The warehouse is located at 7080 Haverty’s Way in the First Park at Bridgewater industrial.
Tampa-based Nancy Phaneuf Commercial Real Estate and Development brokered the lease.
