Help us save animals!!! The Humane Society of Tampa Bay is seeking a full-time Special Events Coordinator who is responsible for planning and carrying out all special events. This position reports to the Chief Development Officer and works within a prescribed budget with strict established timelines. Responsible for generating expense reports and income data for each event. Coordinates with outside vendors and directs the work of event volunteers. This position includes working evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Must have a friendly, positive, outgoing attitude and most of all LOVE animals and people!!! Must be able to work well with event attendees, Humane Society of Tampa Bay staff and volunteers. Non-profit experience preferred. We are an amazing organization doing incredible things to help thousands of animals each year!!!
