Job Summary:
Utilizes knowledge and skills gained through experience or training to provide advanced administrative support of a function within a unit or department through clerical skills. Communicates information with internal and external customers and adapts procedures, processes, and techniques to accomplish the requirements of the position. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates and performs a range of activities in support of the Operations team, including receiving, directing and imaging documents, accurately tracking and recording account information into database, initiating reports, and uploading and tracking the kit request system documents.
  • Serves as lead technical liaison for the department, including on-boarding new associates, ordering and tracking computer and software supplies, resolving technical issues, training new associates on office equipment and software, and participating in ongoing TL meetings and trainings.
  • Sorts, screens, reviews and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, and prepares timely responses to a variety of routine written inquiries.
  • Oversees department filing system and records.
  • Maintains inventory, stocks and distributes office supplies.
  • Submits expense reports.
  • Schedules, reports, and tracks information for department.
  • Maintains accurate documentation of procedures.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, electronic communication and maintain spreadsheets and databases.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in customer service or an office environment.
