Job Title: Sr. Associate – Fund Accounting
Job Location: Tampa, FL (Downtown Tampa. Hybrid Flexibility)
Job Salary: $75-90k (Potential to go higher based on experience)
Requirements: Fund Accounting/Administration
We are an expanding financial services firm that is looking for an experienced Associate to handle our increased client funds portfolio. This role will be focused on fund accounting, with plenty of room for growth within the organization over the next few years.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of accounting experience, fund accounting/admin background,
If you have experience with UltraTax, a public accounting background, real estate experience, and/or your CPA, it will be highly preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, including financial information, performance returns, property operations, and variance analysis.
- Review property budgets, help prepare annual budgets and business plans, and determine appropriate cash distributions.
- Respond to auditor queries and communicate with property managers and clients.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial records and statements for accuracy and compliance
- Develop leadership skills by leading projects and offering input.
