Client Facing Responsibilities
· Gather business requirements from new and existing clients
· Meet with clients weekly to determine priorities and the status of open requests
· Analyze gathered information and reconcile conflicts
· Interpret client needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
· Determine root cause, and apply appropriate action
General Responsibilities
· Ana lyse the impact of proposed changes, by requesting reports from development team or pulling SQL queries
· Analyze client requests and communicate the impact of the planned changes
· Create requirements documentation so client and development teams clearly understand the scope of work
· Build process maps using Visio
· Obtain client sign off on requirements
· Communicate with the project manager in order to develop project plan
· Conduct daily SCRUM meetings with development and QA teams to assess new work and progress of open projects
· Track all open requests and manage the back log through client priority meetings, analysis, and meeting with development teams to review and determine priorities set by the client.
· Liaise with business teams, technology teams, and support teams as the client advocate and SME of their business
· Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
