Overview
We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Sr. Project Manager to lead our General Contracting Custom Residential projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate expertise residential construction, MUST BE proficient in Buildertrend. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage risks effectively, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ideal candidate will have had long term employment in the past.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute subcontracts and minimize change orders.
- Manage project schedules and deliveries.
- Track all project expenses, receipts, invoices and file diligently.
- Must be capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
- Must be fluent with Buildertrend
Experience
- Proven experience in Custom Residential project management, highly trained in Buildertrend.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations regarding residential construction.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team collaboration and performance enhancement.
- Solid understanding of project planning methodologies and best practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Capable of completing entire detailed residential custom home material take offs for each project in a respectable time.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
