- Commercial Property Manager for large portfolio. Properties cover all of Florida.
- Real Estate License required.
- 10 years experience preferred.
- Must be willing to travel with over night stays. Company car provided.
- Health insurance provided.
- Day-to-day administrative and maintenance operations (cleaning, landscaping).
- Maintain a regular property inspection schedule to ensure upkeep and vendor work.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Effective team player who can also work independently.
- Coordinate repairs of any deficiencies at the properties.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Prepare budgets and monthly property reports.
- Ability to negotiate vendor contracts.
- Knowledge of parking lot repairs, maintenance, ADA requirements.
- Ability to climb on roofs, walk properties for inspections with vendors.
- Coordinate move in and move out of tenants.
- Communicate with tenants to resolve issues, collect rents and enforce the lease terms.
