Huntington Partners, an executive search firm, is currently recruiting candidates for a Sr. Property Manager position in Orlando, FL.
This person will oversee the day to day property management operations and tenant improvements for 300K+ SF of office space. This is a newly acquired, distressed asset that will be undergoing significant upgrades.
Requirements:
- Five or more years of commercial property management experience.
- Must have business park management experience.
- Must have strong tenant improvement / construction experience.
- Strong budgeting and financial skills are essential.
- Proven ability to work closely with marketing and leasing team to dramatically increase occupancy.
- Candidate must be willing to “roll up their sleeves” and work at the site level, as well as with executives.
