UDR, Inc. and its affiliated companies are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our teams at Cambridge Woods in Tampa and Lakewood Place Apartments in Brandon.

Key Qualifications:
• Minimum five years’ experience in property management business operations.
• Minimum five years’ supervisory experience in property management business operations.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a strategic planning, financial analysis, business development role, or operational management preferably within the real estate apartment industry.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook with competent general computer skills.

Essential Job Functions:

As a Senior Property Manager, you are in-command, responsible for the efficient operation of the community. You manage the revenue and expenses and make sound business decisions to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met. You guide your team in achieving income and occupancy goals by offering superior sales skills, customer service and relationship management. You analyze operations and initiate change to improve the community’s performance. You identify and implement opportunities to increase revenue that enhance the asset’s value. You foster an environment of proactive and on-going marketing and advertising efforts in order to increase the visibility & profitability of the community. You maintain an in-depth, ongoing knowledge of the local market and economic trends and implement marketing plans accordingly. You are dedicated to fostering an on-going positive relationship with residents and you deliver exceptional customer service to build and sustain the community’s reputation and maximize resident retention.
