Must have the following in order to apply:

  • Experience as the point-person on the development, manipulation and maintenance of complex financial/operating models including leading project work

Preferred Skills:

  • Master’s Degree
  • Experience quality checking and improving on models initially created by others
  • Experience working in the healthcare section (particularly at a health plan or insurance company) or financial services sector
  • Basic understanding of Information Systems with CRM systems

Job Description:  The Senior Reporting Analyst works with the reporting and analytics team to develop and produce all standardized sales reporting, direct all sales commissions activities, work with Pivotal Lead-2-Enrollment (L2E) system for reporting and analytics, perform ad-hoc analytics as required, and support leadership with special projects in and for the sales function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides analytical expertise in creating and standardizing weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Maintains and refines existing analytical models and develops and creates new models as required
  • Administers sales compensation plans by maintaining appropriate documentation, establishing and maintaining necessary databases and data sources, performing calculations, ensuring adequate issue management and resolution and performing compensation and commission reporting; conducts on-going periodic plan reviews, updates and changes consistent with the organizational goals and objectives
  • Works with team of analysts and processors in fulfilling the team’s objectives
  • Provides ad-hoc reporting and analysis to sales leadership as required
  • Develops, maintains and refines related market and corporate policy and procedure manuals
  • Performs consistent evaluations of all administrative functions for cost effectiveness and necessity
  • Develops business relationships and integrates activities with other business departments to ensure the successful implementation and support of key business initiatives
  • Monitors and reports to management on the status of project efforts while anticipating and identifying issues that could inhibit achieving the project goals and objectives; implements corrective actions and mitigation strategies where appropriate
  • Fosters and maintains working relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected service levels with periodic satisfaction surveying
  • Analytical, interpretation and organizational skills will be used
  • Performs special projects as assigned

Work Environment: Office.

Days & Hours: Full time position; 40 hours per week; Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Complete schedule will be discussed with the applicant.

Pay: $68,000.00 per year. Benefits are offered.
