Job Description
- Assist with the development and maintenance of accounting systems for financial transactions.
- Maintain the general ledger, record cash receipts and financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank, credit card accounts, and intercompany accounts.
- Coordinate AP and AR activities with support from the team, including calls and emails to vendors/customers, and internal escalations as required for problem accounts.
- Support team on month-end close procedures.
- Maintain on-time payables and proper customer invoicing.
- Prepare accounts receivable/payable reports – analyzing the data and recognizing trends.
- Provide support and analysis for manufacturing and project cost analysis.
- Provide accounting and financial support to management as needed.
- Positive contributor to the team by supporting and executing projects as needed.
- Prepare, support and response related to freight claims.
- Occasional travel to other company branches to help train employees on proper accounting procedures.
- Other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
