$1,000 to $50,000 per year
Responsibilities:
Reconcile GL accounts and bank statements
Forecasting and budgeting expense vs cost
Help with quarterly sales tax returns, financial statement preparation
Record A/R, A/P, 1099-Misc reporting
Maintains and tracks contracts, invoices, payments, lien release documents, and insurance policy information
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
5 years Accounting experience, preferably in a construction environment
Proficient in QuickBooks
Proficient in Excel
Experience preparing G702/G703 construction draw documents
Multi-tasker with an excellent focus on accuracy
Must be organized and efficient with strong attention to detail
Take initiative, and work efficiently to meet deadlines

Education:
Bachelor’s degree; five (5) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
QuickBooks: 5 years (Preferred)
