The essential job duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Full cycle accounting knowledge
- Accounts Payable including: purchase orders and vendor records maintenance.
- Ability to complete bank reconciliations for depository accounts.
- Ability to prepare and/or reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
- General ledger and chart of account maintenance
- Work with accounting team to prepare monthly consolidated financial statement package
- Maintain financial, business contracts, and HR documents.
- Perform HR functions as needed by the business.
- New vendor setup and maintenance.
- Perform other related duties as may be requested.
- Update and keep depreciation schedules for book and tax purposes
- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
- Calendar deadlines
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Daily review and organization of leads pipeline
- Maintain third party vendor relationships and coordinate ongoing projects
- Maintain a physical and cloud filing system
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Prepare written correspondence and memoranda
- Provide clerical assistance to staff attorney
Required experience:
- Quickbooks: 1- 3 years
- Accounting: 2-5 years
- Excel Intermediate level of competency a minimum. Competency with MS Office products Word and Powerpoint
