The essential job duties shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Full cycle accounting knowledge
  • Accounts Payable including: purchase orders and vendor records maintenance.
  • Ability to complete bank reconciliations for depository accounts.
  • Ability to prepare and/or reconcile all balance sheet accounts; reviewing for input accuracy and prepare monthly reports and journal entries, as needed
  • General ledger and chart of account maintenance
  • Work with accounting team to prepare monthly consolidated financial statement package
  • Maintain financial, business contracts, and HR documents.
  • Perform HR functions as needed by the business.
  • New vendor setup and maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as may be requested.
  • Update and keep depreciation schedules for book and tax purposes
  • Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems.
  • Calendar deadlines
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Daily review and organization of leads pipeline
  • Maintain third party vendor relationships and coordinate ongoing projects
  • Maintain a physical and cloud filing system
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Prepare written correspondence and memoranda
  • Provide clerical assistance to staff attorney

Required experience:

  • Quickbooks: 1- 3 years
  • Accounting: 2-5 years
  • Excel Intermediate level of competency a minimum. Competency with MS Office products Word and Powerpoint
