StaffEx Property Manager – StaffEx (Tampa)

StaffEx is currently looking for a Property Manager for an apartment complex in Tampa, FL. The position is 9a-5p, Monday- Friday but could have potential weekends. The pay rate is $20-22 depending on experience. This position can be temp-to-perm if the right fit is found.

Job Duties:

– Complete oversight of a 260 unit comnplex

– Report on all matters directly to Vice President

– Oversee a staff of 4 employees to include leasing agents, maintenance supervisors and technicians.

– Maintain accurate reporting on all property matters

– Rent collections and serve notices as needed,

– Schedule make-ready’s and supervise maintenance staff to ensure work orders are being completed

– Marketing and leasing apartment homes;

– Abide by all fair housing laws

– Oversee tenant relations

– Prepare and submit leases and HAP contracts as needed for all subsidized tenants

– Submit large project proposals for approval as needed

Job Qualifications:

– 2 to 3 years verifiable experience in leasing

– At least 2 years of supervisory / property management experience

– Bi-Lingual speaking and writing a plus;

– Experience with property management software;

– Experience with advertising to fill and maintain high occupancy;

– Fluent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

– Excellent communication skills;

– The ability to work in a fast paced environment

– Excellent interpersonal skills

– The ability to communicate with tenants on a regular basis

– Reliable transportation

– High School Diploma;
