We are looking to fill a Full-Time Staffing Manager position for our office in Tampa
This is an entry-level position with excellent room for growth within the company!
This is an INTERNAL position, so it will not be temporary or contracted work
Compensation: Starting at $600 / wk.
Daily Responsibilities:
- RECRUITING new talent, conducting in-person interviews, hiring/firing, and running background checks
- STAFFING to fill client orders around the area & attending event check-ins
- SELLING our services to new clients via sales meeting or sales calls
Requirements and Expectations:
- Experience working in management and hospitality
- Office experience is preferred
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends – required
- Availability for on-call if the need arises
- Comfortable performing all job duties
- Bilingual is a highly desirable trait, but not required!
