NextPath Career Partners is currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our client’s team.
This is a REMOTE, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Re-sign assigned book of business annually
- Generate new business at existing customers and retain current clients with renewals
- Generate additional revenue from assigned book through increased fees and additional services
- Responsible for maintaining and building strong partner relationship with current clients
- Work closely with partner group and service delivery team to ensure strong relationships are built with the client base.
- Upsell existing business through the internet, phone communications, client site visits, and industry trade shows.
- Responsible for exemplary communication to assist with furthering existing business.
- Exhibit strong performance and use best practices to create strong client relationships
Qualifications
- Account Manager experience
- Previous security audit experience
- Ability to generated new business and retain clients
