Leasing Consultant-F/T for 135 unit “C”Apartment Community in Largo, Fl. Must have a minimum
Of 1 year experience as a leasing consultant or assistant manager in the apartment industry, excellent customer service/closing skills, organized self starter, with motivation to be a team player.
Duties include but are not limited to, leasing apartments, managing social media marketing online campaigns, processing applications, lease preparation, filing, lead follow-up, renewals and resident retention.
