Seeking Experienced Maintenance Technician for a multifamily Community in Pinellas County, FL.
A Maintenance Technician is required to efficiently complete and maintain duties that include Residential Punch-out, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, HVAC, and household appliance troubleshooting, repair, and replacement. Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance a plus. HVAC Certification Required.
CPO Certification is a plus.
Candidates also must: 2+ years previous experience in Residential Maintenance in Apartment Property Management.
On-call Rotation, Efficient mechanical ability. Be clean cut, neatly dressed. Have good character and background that can stand up under a thorough Background check.
Must take and pass a drug-screening test.
Be able to professionally communicate to residents, both verbally and in writing.
