Responsibilities:

The Student Services Administrator’s primary responsibilities are to: help increase enrollment, provide a high level of customer service, and maintain thorough data-entry. This role is student-oriented and must clearly communicate our program, while acting as a problem-solving resource for those currently enrolled.

Oftentimes, the first interaction a student has with our school is through a phone call with one of our team members. This role must be ready to represent our brand with integrity and care. 

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Taking Inbound Admissions and Student Services calls and recording call outcomes for prompt follow-up
  • Answering chats on website and backend 
  • Helping to process student enrollment and updating reports in Google Suite 
  • Creating and adjusting orders on backend 
  • Editing student information in CRM 
  • Attending team meetings 
  • Working collaboratively with team on various tasks and projects
  • Complying with all policies and procedures set forth in Employee Handbook and Admissions & Student Services Manual

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • Computer proficient
  • Knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Quick typing skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Strong communication and time management skills 
  • Team player able to handle changes to workload, systems, and processes 
  • Maintain positive, friendly demeanor through all interactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • College Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or higher)
  • Three to five years of Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using a CRM database
  • Experience using a live chat platform
