Advisors Education is a professional real estate education, marketing and coaching company. We are currently looking to hire a Student Support Specialist to support our students as they learn, grow and thrive in our real estate educational programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our current students. Our students will rely on you as their main point of contact during their time in our program.

Ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask while demonstrating great attention to detail.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to new and existing coaching students
  • Going above and beyond to assist our students with all of their program needs, including problem-solving and providing some technical support
  • New student welcome and orientation calls, oversee student onboarding
  • Answer student inquiries
  • Proactively call and email students to build and maintain relationships and gauge client satisfaction weekly
  • Manage Facebook group new member requests and communication
  • Maintain approved content on all Advisors Club websites
  • Update and maintain student profiles/notes in InfusionSoft software
  • Make sure students are prepared and have what they need in advance before attending live classes (i.e. event details, leads, etc)
  • Work with students and prospects to resolve any/all customer service issues that may arise; work with all relevant parties until a resolution has been achieved

Education and/or Experience Needed:

  • Customer service/support experience
  • High school diploma required. A relevant bachelor’s or Master’s degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Required knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs & spreadsheets
  • CRM experience preferred (Infusionsoft)

This is a full-time position in our Tampa office.

Compensation: $15/hr-$18/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $19.00 /hour
