Good Morning,  we are looking at setting up summer internships for college students to work for us.   We are looking for diversity.

I know EEOC has an opined that we can “encourage (women, minorities, people of color, etc) to apply, but I can’t find anything on whether we can push it a bit further and use language such as “additional consideration” will be given to “X group”.  

I don’t think we can do this, but wonder if anyone has a different opinion and why.
