Are you looking for a full time position this summer? McKinley is looking for a motivated and energetic Summer Leasing Consultant to join our team in Tampa, FL!
What does this job entail?
- Working at one of our beautiful apartment communities and helping our world class team by providing top notch customer service.
- Working alongside our office team to show and lease vacant units while adhering to all FAIR Housing standards.
- Administering the application and move-in process.
- Conducting marketing outreach in the community.
- Joining us from May until September for 40 hours per week.
Are you what we are looking for?
- You need to have a great attitude and focus on customer service.
- You should like working with people and have a background in sales and customer service.
- You have effective communication skills and display professionalism.
- You must possess a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
