Salary Range:$58,729.54 To $93,908.58 Annually
Department: Assisted Housing
Reports To: Assistant Director, Assisted Housing
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize and supervise Assisted Housing staff.
- Administer the technical functions of Housing programs.
- Work with the Assistant Director in the development of policies and procedures for Housing programs.
- Assure compliance with federal, state, local and HUD/HACSB policies and procedures.
- Plan, develop and supervise special programs.
- Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
- Serve as primary liaison with landlords, other housing authorities, and other external stakeholders.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology or related field.
- Requires four (4) years of experience in social work, housing or related field; or possession of any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Insurable under the agency’s insurance policy
SALARY: $58,729.54
