As a Redfin Sales Support Agent, you’ll grow our business by gaining new clients for our real estate agents. For this inside sales role, your warm, personable phone presence will be key to getting callers excited about working with Redfin.
The Role

Receive a steady stream of prospective clients via email, phone, and the Redfin site and apps (no cold calling)

Match prospective clients with local Redfin real estate agents for home showings or listing consultations

Earn bonuses for new customers you gain for Redfin

Benefit from our online suite of marketing and data resources that enable you to engage potential clients and provide valuable real estate insights

Hours may vary and can include evenings and weekends
Skills & Experience

Real estate license and some experience in the field required

Experience working in an office; inside sales preferred

Ability to multitask by talking with customers while conducting research online

Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
